Well here it is:
Thanks to Deesnuts and a little cash I got a used radiator put in the sami today and new temp gauge adapter came and was too big for the hole. I put the old sensor back in for now to test the temp with new use radiator.... the dash gauge read almost hot but them I turned on the blower for defrost and and went down tot he middle I drove around the yard for about a 1/2 hour and it stayed in the middle so It might be fixed..
Brakes - I put in the new proportion 6 way connection on. it turns out that the line will all need replaceing at some time because no of the fitting are coming off all are rusted on... So with that being said I left the good connection on the old 6 way, and put on 3 back on the other 6 way I got. I did need to go and get some more brake line 3/16 dia 4.7mm male connectors. I thought i would need to buy a new set of front brake hoses but I cut the old line and got the connector out of it.. yeah that saved 20.00 bucks.
Thanks to zuki1972 for you help on bleading the breaks a little. turned out that we could not get the bleed valves open they just strip so we use the break hoses in the front to bleed them some but could not get the duel lines in the back free to bleed...really not enough break go riding...
I found also a odd issue, I turn the key and dash lights cone on and buss but the starter does not turn. like it is dead. if I hit the two connectors on the starter it some times engages and cranks and other times it just spins.
I go back to the key and then the trucks starts up.... Hummm do you think in might be a bad starter or would it be the clicky start issue? So the way it looks i will not be going to haspins with no breaks.....
by the way I did not sleep this morning but stayed up and worked on the sami all day so i have been up since 3 pm yesterday and now back to work I am.. for 12 more hour... need a nap...
