I noticed that my 97 2dr Auto Geo at normal acceleration seems to lock the convertor way to quickly when shifting into 3rd. Could I adjust the throttle positioning sensor and delay this so the motor can get wound-up a little more. It only stays in 3rd for about a second, then locks. I replaced the motor bout 8000 miles ago, so I wondered if I didnt set something right? Also, there are no trouble codes either.
