Short bed?

Short bed?

Another question from a new guy.  The rear of my tub I guess you would call it is pretty rusty around the fenders and the floor is kind of tender.  I have seen somewhere on the internet (that narrows it down) a zuki that had been cut off behind the front doors and had a little flat bed on it.  Has anybody on here done this or know where I can find some pictures?  I would also like to put a roll cage in, might this idea interfere with that, and who makes good cages for these things.  Ok so it was more than one question.
