The low mileage on the 92 is nice but it was not untill 94 that they started putting in the roll over bar in the frame and the side impact beams (not to mention cup holders

). Also if its a 95 or newer then it should have the 16 valve engine as well. I know that in the 1994s sold in CA there was a 16 vavle option but thats pretty uncommon in one. I know as I livehere and have yet to find one. Alot of guys on here have well over 150,000 miles without any problems, its a Japanese 4 cylender so if the previous owner took care of it it should be pretty worry free.
All of the gear you have listed you want to add is bolt on so it should work fine and I know with the 2.5" lift the 29's will make clearence easy. I think even up to a 31" but you may feel some real power loss, 30" seems to be the majic number right before real power loss based on reading on the forums so I stopped at 30". And I would not go spool lockers if this is a dayly driver since it won't let the inner and outer tires spin independently.
