Transmission solenoid location

Transmission solenoid location

Can any body tell me where transmission solenoid "A" or "1" is located? A picture from a manual would be great. Does anybody have any advice about replacing a transmission solenoid?

If you are talking about the OD trans it will be located inside the tranny pan.
