HELP!

HELP!

im trying to get my stock manifold system off to put on my hawk header and it won't come off! i took off all the intake manifold part, all the bolts and nuts going into the header, and disconnected the bolt my the catalytic converter holder but it won't come off! i think it's stuck somewhere below the lower heat shield but i can't see down there to get it off ot anything. what do i do?!?!?   ??? ???

LOL, take off the heat shield,
there is a bracket below bolted
to the engine and to the back
of the exhaust manifold, 2 more
bolts I think
