what kind of fluid should i use in my transmission ?

couldnt find a straight answer so ill just ask what kind of fluid should i use in my 1988 sammy? and how much do i need?

75 w 90 gear oil 1.3 liters or aprox 2.75 pints
88 Samurai, SPOA,Dual sami Transfer Cases, 513' mini spool rear, Lockrite front 31 10.50 MT's

gl-4 or a multi gl type.
1987,1988,1988,1990 samurai's,  1953 m38a1,  1996 x-90,blue.1996 x-90 red.1994 2 door tracker.   only Dead Fish go with the flow.                No Hairy Nosed Wombats were ran over on the trail today.       My ZUK is Xenophobic.

As per the shop maunal from Chevy 75w90 synthic.  I'm a big fan of Redline, well worth the money IMHO.
