tube 1/2 doors

tube 1/2 doors

i am building some of these this week, any ideas on how to latch the door closed?  right now there will be a tube running up paralell (sp) with the vertical, almost touching the current U bracket that the door latches to and will go above this a few inches.   ???

Get the old latches out of a junk Trackick and make a small plate to attach them to.

In july's 4wheel and offroad magazine, they installed tube doors on Clampy and have a nice close up shot of the latch mechanism they used...
