96 Tracker - soft top plastic
« on: October 21, 2007, 11:21:26 PM »
Bought a new soft top for my tracker :). The new top was quite a bit tighter than the old top. When I stretched the new top on, the pastic trim that the soft top fits into cracked and broke off the drivers side rear corner :(. I am in need of this plastic trim that goes around the rear of my tracker! Anyone know where I might be able to get this without paying big bucks at the dealer?

Someone might be parting a soft top out and can help you.  Otherwise give Hawk Suzuki a call.

I think he means the part that's connected to the truck, because he said "The part it fits into."

Mine broke in the rear too, and I HOPE I have all of the fragments, because I just plan on epoxying it back on.

I meant someone was probably parting out a Soft Top Tracker.  :)  I picked up the parts for a 92 convertible from a board member that was parting out a vehicle.  Then ordered a couple of clips from Hawk Suzuki to replace what was broken.
