Yep, come sunday I am off on another Zuki-acquiring adventure. The first one had me and TOTAL CARNAGE bringing home a sammy from about 15 miles away. The next one had us towing the Goblin home with Silver, then towing the sammy to his shop, both over an hour away all in one day. Then we picked up the 4 door kick from up in the mountains near us. Then he bought a parts sammy about an hour away. Then we started getting ambitious! LOL!
The next adventure had us running from PA to Cookeville, Tenn to pick up a parts rig from Zig. That was quite the adventure! Then we went all the way to South Carolina to pick up an LJ20. That turned out to be even more of an adventure than the Tenn run. The longest run by far was done by me and my g/f when we flew to Florida to buy Zig's X-90, then drove it home straight through! 1300 miles!
That was the last run. I thought maybe I was finally done, but no, I have another run to do. I will probably never be done going long distance for Zukis!
On sunday TC and I are driving to Culpeper, VA to buy and drive home a black 2wd 96 X-90. While initially it was to be for parts to fix my red one from Zig, if it's in decent shape I might just fix it up and run it for a little while and scrounge up the parts I need for the red one elsewhere. I will be sure to snap plenty of pics and come back with the story, as all of these zuki-runs usually have an interesting story with them. And if anyone lives between Donegal, PA and Culpeper, VA, keep your eyes peeled for us rolling through! LOL!
