does this meen rebuild time??if so ive never done it how hard is it
It depends....are you talking samurai or trackick tranny? In my experience, samurai trannys will run quite a while with noisy bearings, but trackick trannys will go downhill fast, once the bearings start howling.
It isn't bad to rebuild (I have only rebuilt a trackick one, but they are both basically the same procedure). A bearing puller is needed, to pull some of the components. And the best advice I can give.....pay very close attention to how the parts are assembled and in what orientation they come off of the shaft....some parts look like they can be put on either way, but if you look closely, there are some subtle differences in them.
