Welcome to ZukiWorld, MINIMOG!

I suspect that the lift is a suspension lift with either longer shackles or more arched springs, right?

I am not a fan of Z-links.  Custom ones especially.  I have seen my share of Samurais stuck on the trail at the ZookiMelt (see izook.com for more info) with trashed Z-links.  They do work after a fashion if built tough but they cause more problems than they fix.

To help you better understand what I am talking about, got to Ack's FAQ (the link is in my signature) and do a search for bumpsteer.

I'm not saying Z-links = BAD, I'm just saying that there are better (if a bit more expensive) ways.

Also, do a search for driveline and then death wobble.  The resulting links will help you understand two other problems that you may run into now that you have installed that lift.

Hope that this helps!

PS:  using ALL CAPS in your post is considered bad netiquette...   ;)

Hey Ack...
If you don't say it I will... Z-links ARE BAD... There is so much torsional load put on them when hard steering is needed and having a bent piece of steel to take that kind of loads will not hold up for long. They are also dangerous for on-road use.
Now this may start a battle with others that do run them but they are not safe.
Save yer cash for a high steer kit and do it properly and safely.
