I just had my dash out and jacked mine up.

It doesn't take much. I'll be ordering one from Hawk tomorrow. Here is what I did to get me by providing you have the same problem.
Leave the little circuit board in place. It holds a spring and ball or something + the two screws securing it. You don't want these small pieces lost.
If you see that a wire or two has lost it's connection, jerk the others off.
Now strip 1/4 inch off all 4 wires and start touching them together (with your ignition on) until your blower comes on. Figure which combo gives you high.
Splice those two wires together and nip the other two off.
Tape the wires up tight to the plug. You will have a plug that has wires taped to it that you can plug and unplug from your wire harness.
Now, as long as the plugs are connected, you have a blower. To turn it off, disconnect the two plugs and throw your altered plug in the coin tray or somewhere handy.
We'll call this the redneck repair. I'll keep my old plug as a spare once my new switch comes in. I'll try to post a picture tomorrow or soon and which two wires I connected.
Hope this helps a few people that wiped out their blower switch.
