The driver's side front diff mount is missing from the frame, but all the other mounts are there for the conversion. Cut the mount you need from a junker's frame and weld it into the 2wd to have all the mounts needed. Other parts needed would include the complete diff assembly(match up the r&p to what you already have in the rear to make life easier), both front CV shafts, front locking hubs, transfer case(you might be lucky and the 2wd has the dummy transfercase behind the 4wd style tranny, then the transfercase will bolt right up, but if it has the pure 2wd tranny without the dummy case, you'll probably need the tranny, too.) and front driveshaft.
I would do it, but I also have enough parts rigs and spare parts laying around to do the conversion without having to add much to what I already have....
