Twin Stick shift pattern

I recently bought Stan's ( 37 Kicker) used t case with the Calmini 4.24 to1 low range gears already installed. He had already done the twin stick mods to it, and gererously threw in the twin sticks with the deal. I haven't been able to reach him via email, he doesn't get on line much, and I'm looking for someone to give me a diagram of the shift pattern with this setup. So, anyone with the twin stick mod, could I possibly get a diagram? Muchos grasias.

The left stick is back-2wd / forward-4wd

The right stick is Back-high range / Middle-neutral / Forward low range

Thanks Mike, after I got it put together and the boot on, I was shifting it and it seemed to make sense that way. Just needed a confirmation. Looks kinda kool too.

What upper boot did you use? I've got the lower boot figured out now the top/dust boot is what I need. I was thinking about the Dana 300 twin stick boot from Currie but wasn't shure if it will fill the long hole in the kick body.

94 purple/green splash tracker w/ calmini 3' heavly modified lift 32 11.5 r15 bfg m/t's  & custom air induction and header w/ 2"exh. no cat lockrite rear 2" B/L and a heavy right foot and now 583s steel up front and locked.
2002 GV 2.5l 4.5 ZN lift locked on 31's

I cut the top of the boot to match the  opening in the body just smaller. then stuffed it with rags.................................Yep Im a Redneck ;)  SOLD the vehicle that way too :laugh:

 8) Rags Eh? Thats cool, but I'm gonna try the Dana boot from Currie. I'll make a new bottom plate out of aluminum if needed.

If I would of kept my kick I would do right, but had a cash offer while pumping gas one day...the guy was a redneck he liked the rags ???  Iduno kinda of a funny story.

Got the Dana boot via fed ex yesterday, and it is a bit short to completely cover the long hole where the stock t case shifter comes thru the floor. I made a new bottom plate to fit the Dana boot, and I'm going to try and attach a piece of rubber sheet to the dana boot to fill in the gaps. We'll see how it comes out, and I'll take some photos.

Wow.I just clicked on the flickr link. Lots a mods on that rig. You do some nice work. 8)

How hard was it to make the header and how has it been holding up?

sorry, i didnt get back to you on the shift pattern. havent had much time to get on line, started a new job 6 days a week 12 hrs a day.  so all my tracker stuff has been slow to do.  did you get get a boot from scott?  stan

Hey Stan, did get the lower boot from rockrat, minor mod to fit. Tcase works great, thanks again! Saving funds for a toy cv swap, and rear axle heavy duty swap, to run 33-34's.  Mike, Thanks, appreciate the props,  but nothing like the kind of work you do! I need a bigger shop for sure. That header was quite time consuming, it was a definite pita! It held up pretty well, especially since I didn't have any bracing between the turbo flange and the exhaust flange. ( my first one, always a learning experience!) Eventually it did develop a crack near the top of the collecter, from vibration and the weight of the turbo, so I added some bracing top and bottom to help control vibes and support the weight of the turbo better. It seems to have held up well so far, but my used turbo needs a center section rebuild again, oil seals leaking for the second time. One thing I can't stand is oil leaks, right up there with smoke and rattles. Yeah, i'm anal, and a perfectionist. So now the turbo is in some boxes while I try and decide if I'm gonna buy a NEW turbo, probably a water cooled Garrett, and build a new, much simpler manifold. NO need for equal length tubes, and I'll build the manifold out of steel weld el's, and heavy duty Sched 40 high pressure tubing. Probably skip the intercooler too, and keep the boost at 5lbs. Now that it's just running the header again, it sure seems doggy. I really miss the boost.   BTW, I convinced my buddy with the plasma cutter to help me relocate my upper rear coil mounts. A 12 pack oughta do it~!
