Rocky-Roads JP-Eater Wrangler kit
« on: December 31, 2007, 09:33:31 AM »
Just want some thoughts from some experienced users about this system..I like it and think it would be better than a spoa with lifted springs. Supposed to be more flexy with a better ride. I'm not wanting to go to radical but still want a good system with a good ride since i will be drivin it around town also. Later. John

I don't think the quality of the product is worth the money you spend on the rocky road kit! The front front spring relocation bracket is cheaply made. The bolt holes look like the were cut out with a torch. They give you 3 bolt with 20 nuts to mount them instead of a spacer/frame reinforcement/sleeve. I called and ask how tight to tighten the shackle bolts and they said "just leave them loose". If that is not enough info on there kit I can go on?

Buy a kit from a different company. Trail tough or sky manufacturing seam to be respectable companies. I have never purchased from sky but I have from TT. TT products look and perform well.
