Rear brake change...Easy!
« on: January 05, 2008, 10:15:20 AM »
So i just changed out the brake shoes on my 86 sammi. Man that was easy. That was my first time to do it and the shoes look like the had never been changed. My rig has 90,000 miles on it and know my e brake works again. Anyway just thought it was cool how easy it was.

Feels good, huh?

Got a buddy who just changed his own mass airflow sensor on his Forerunner.  Hardly a complicated project, but it was his first foray into shade tree auto mechanics, and he did it himself (my tools..).  Turned a $380 repair into a $70 repair.  Dude's on top of the world.
