« on: June 14, 2005, 03:56:00 PM »
i ordered my 2'' body lift early today, ,, so my question is will i need to lenghten my shifters, fueler hose, brake lines or anything like that...????          i have a 2door 98 sidekick manual 5speed.

either way im psyched about it..

also i got my wheels coming too.. they are 15x8's  ..how wide of a tire should i get for them,, it is a daily driver and offroad is not necessarily prioritey one..  but i want that sorta badass look.  :P ;D

It looks like you have 30's already, are they 30x9.5? that would prob. be about the largest you could go without a big power loss. other wise 31x10.5 would look good.

you will have to move the left front brake line and also extend or move the power steering hose or the resovoir. other than the shifters it is a pretty easy job.

I'd say 30x9.5 if you go with a mudterrain. 31x10.5 with an AT might fit.

You doing any suspension lift or trimming?

i want to go with 29's or 30's i believe.. . i dont have them yet though..   i really dont want to get into a lot of trimming though..   also i plan on going with some sort of A/T instead of M/T.  what kinka wheels do you think i should get?  3.75 backspacing to how much in the front..?  i found some with 3.75 in front also..  but thought id ask before i dropped the coins.
