Bolt Size -- Fuel Filter Bracket

Does anyone happen to know the bolt size for the fuel filter bracket?

Not the one that tightens the bracket around the filter, but the two that hold the bracket to the frame (the nut for each of those is welded to the back of the frame bracket).  When I changed the filter today, I noticed that the top bolt was missing.
