What set ya looking at?  there is about five or six different low ranges on them all with diffrent high reductions, the stock is 1.409 x 3.73=5.25    my 4.16 low rang has a 1.579x3.73=5.88 I think the 6.5 reductions have a 1.75x3.73=6.52 to one final in fourth gear.

i have 5.12 in my tracker but i'm doing the kicker3 and was trying to find out what the reductions are. i need around 5.80 something. i will be running 35" to 37" tires. i was going to run 33's but i found that there is a company making supertorq CV's that can hand 450 hp. and also axle shafts that handle 500hp. i am running a stock 16 valuve so i think they should hold up.

even with a stock sammy tcase your looking at 1.409x5.12=7.21 to one in fourth gear, take a look at the k- 2 from ott it use's a toyota t case on the back of yours that would line up better if your using the stock houseing in the rear, please tell about the axels and what not you plan on using. they make 5.83 gear sets for the tracker.

Yes, the high range of a Sammy T-case
has some reduction, even stock, but the
T-case in a Track/Kick is a 1:1 in high range

Id start with the stock sami case and see how that treats you. I had a dual t case setup in my rig for a short time and pulled it out. (long story) I had the Calmini 5.14 to 1 in the sami case with 5.83 in the axles with 35s. By my math that should have been just a touch deeper that stock. Top speed was about 45mph.  ??? I dont know where I went wrong so Im not much help there but knowing that Id say dont go that deep. Seems to me 5.12s and a stock sami case would be closer to stock rpms.
