What kinda work goes into the 3incher.  I herd to many bad stories and went with the simple 2incher.  In my opinion the extra inch was not worth the trouble..but i have no clue
I got your Jeep thang,  thats why it burns when I pee..

Mods: BDS 2" susp., Rocky Road +2'' Body, OME struts, flipped strut mount, custom High lift mount, CB, 30x9.50x15 RVT's

What kinda work goes into the 3incher.  I herd to many bad stories and went with the simple 2incher.  In my opinion the extra inch was not worth the trouble..but i have no clue

I believe the only REAL difference is having to extend the steering shaft. I think there is some minor welding involved with that. I also went with 2 inches, due to not having access to welding equip.

I did 3" bodylift for a friend.  The only welding I had to do was extend the transfercase shifter.   And tranny too because he wanted to. Haha.
3inch works from 1989 to 98 with no problems (if the shifters has been extended).  But 99 up, it will work only if you extend the steering shaft.  There's nothing complicated abt this.  Really.

Is your tracker a 2 or a 4 door?  What size tires and rims are you planning on putting on it.
