Did the calmini 2" shackle reverse lift last week and i noticed the rear is sagging a little, any thoughts, The shocks felt weak, could this be the issue?

Do you mean the rear of the truck? Shocks don't add lift (unless they are coilovers or air shocks).  They may be shot and need to be swapped out, but if the rear end sags it could be the rear springs are shot or you may need longer shackles.  HTH

Yeah thats what i meant to say, the rear shocks were shot but i think the leaf springs are in pretty bad shape.
