I'm in the middle of stripping down the exterior of the tracker for a complete bed liner do-over! I have stipped the paint down to the original primer in some area's

. This was no easy task. I had a friend that painted it camo and it had several coats of paint on it after he did that! A 4 inch orbital sander and several sheets of sand paper and it is just about ready for the liner. It was originally black and the bed liner material that I am putting on is sand colored.
I've been on the "net" trying to replace everything that I need that has been broken over the years. One thing that I needed was the plastic tailgate cover. Mine broke on one corner several years ago. A friend of mine gave me one of the "wail tail" covers for a 2007 chevy silverado. No, it did not fit, but a lot of trimming with a dremel tool and a cut off blade and PRESTO it fits pretty cleanly. Looks pretty cool too

!
I was going to post some pictures, and I will once I have finsihed the entire project. My camera is on the blink again. I think it is time for a new one!
