Has any one put a 1.6 TBI on a 1.3 engine.  Have have been told that it will run rich? Can you put an injector from a 1.3TBI into the 1.6 TBI?  I have seen people that are selling the sidekick TBIs to put on the sammy 1.3.  are they changing the injector?

Not many injected Sammys about so I've never had a chance to play with a Sammy EFI. I can measure up the injector from a 1.6 if you want.

I have a 1.6 setup and want to put it on a 1.3 and thought that the 1.3 would prevent it frum runnin too rich.  how does aftermarket 4x4 set theirs up for the 1.3s?

Sean comes on here sometimes maybe he will reply, otherwise you could PM him.
There are a couple of issues that could cause it to run rich. I did some experiments sometime ago with a 1.6 TBI injector, its a big slug of an injector and it takes some time to close. The stock ECU has a complex driver that puts a big negative pulse across it to slam it shut. I could well believe that in a 1.3 it would not be possible to get a short enough on time to get the correct mixture at idle. However I've never tried it so it may well be possible.
The second issue is that the 1.6 injector is likely to have a higher flow rate, the ECU won't know this so it will use the same pulse duration as for the 1.3 causing over fuelling. Over time this should correct due to the feedback from the O2 sensor as long as the sensor isn't fouled from the engine running rich!
If you have an ECU with an external EPROM then it can be remapped but I haven't seen many that have.
