Just Put  Rocky Road Lift on
« on: June 06, 2005, 09:04:48 AM »
I just put the rocky road 2.5 inch suspension and 2 inch body lift on my tracker, and I love the way it turned out, but my front tires look like this \  /  .  I saw a discussion on this a couple weeks ago but I can't find it now.  How do i fix this?

umm either take it to an aligment shop, or go out and buyy a set fo camber bolts there about 20 bucks i belive, and they go into your strut and make them go back to normal

my lug nuts require more torque then my engine makes ;)

Just finished my Calmini 3" and the front tow in was huge.
Fitted camber pins, wheel alignment and bump steer was done.
Runs 30" MTR's now and drives nice. 8)

Do Hagen's front end widening mod and it'll help too, i'd imagine.

I also just noticed my inner CV boots are worn out.  Is there any way to fix this without taking off the entire CV arm?  I herd there were some quick boots that you can get, but how reliable are they?  95 Tracker

I say take your time and use the regular boots.  I think the quick boots would be a good field fix option.

I've seen those quick boots on trail rigs, they don't seem to offer as much protection as regular boots provide.
