sidekick sport lift

Hi,

This is my first time posting here.  I have a 96 sidekick sport and was wondering which lift kit is best for 30 or 31" tires.  I've done some research and have seen the rocksteady from rocky road which is a combo 4.5" body and suspension lift.  Also from masterkit1 the 2" suspension spacer lift and 3" body lift.  What are the pros/cons of a full suspension lift like the rocksteady vs. the suspension spacers from masterkit1?  I want my ride to perform well on road and on highway with the occasional off road.  Will putting bigger tires on affect my computer, gearing, gas mileage, or long term durability of the vehicle?  What about stability on road?  Thanks for your input.

I have a 97 Sport with a 3" Masterkit1 body lift. It is a good lift as far as bodylifts go. I also run my own coil spacers for the suspension lift. I sell them on ebay or directly. My ebay name is hoepkers. I run 31-11.5-16 Super Swamper LTB's with the factory drivetrain. It is all the 1.8L wants to turn those tires. I have not broke or damaged anything in 1.5 yrs but the power loss and gas mileage drop was noticable.
