You will need castor correction bushes or modified arms if you want the steering to be acceptable, otherwise you seem to have it covered.

The caster bushes get everything back in it's proper position so there is no excessive toe in or toe out. This way it can be properly alinged and will drive properly.
The arms he mentioned are aftermarket or modified lower control arms up front. When you lift the car the lower control arms will be farther inboard than when stock.Buying longer control arms from someone like Calmini would be best, but many people make theirs longer by cutting them and welding material in.
this serves to put everything back where it belongs, and eliminate possible problems.

The front axle is located with trailing arms, when you lift the suspension the arms point down more and this changes the angle of the front wheels. To correct this you can get bushes where the bolt hole is offset, this allows the angle to be corrected. There are also aftermarket arms available. Calmini don't make parts for the Jimny as it has never been sold in the US. Try searching for D&G tuning or KAP Suzuki they both have lots of Jimny parts. Also check out Martin Lines site

The guys on here are usually very helpful but most of them are US based and have never seen a Jimny.

hey rhinoman, thanks again. KAP Suzuki is the place i bought my parts from. My wife especially flew down to Manchester, to buy these parts. Once i fixed it back here, and strted noticing the problems, the owner Darren, refuses to reply to my emails. So i'm stuck. It's like he got his money, so job is over.
Yes Calmini, emailed me saying the 2006 was the last Jimny produced in the US.
And where i live, everyone modifies Wranglers, Patrols, Land Cruisers. This is why I need guys like you to help me out. Anyways, I'm going to my garage guy today, and let's see what he has to say about what you told me.

Calmini are confused. The Jimny has never been produced or sold in the US. Maybe they were thinking of the Jimmy, which is by all acoounts some sort of US truck.
