A combination of a crowbar and a paddle bit will clean up a cat nicely...

I drilled mine out, I did notice a lot of difference in power cause mine was clogged from running with a bum o2 sensor.

yea i was thinken the same thing bout um .... hollowing it out... causei was runnin wit a bad o2 sensor for a while and ive deff noticed a diff from like 2 years ago when it was a good o2 sensor and everything

Eh, if you don't have smog go for it. If you do, don't plan on passing it with it gutted.
