Ok, Ive got the weber bolted down.
I got the manual choke version, and finally decided that the stock water lines to the carb should just be connected together. I removed the small (1/4"?) water hose coming from the manifold to the carb, and connected the one that comes from under the manifold to the other port on the manifold. Is this right?
The fuel line fitting on the carb is facing the wrong way and is much bigger than the stock line (probably 3/8" vs 1/4"). Should I just get a 1/4" > 3/8" hose adaptor and connect a short piece of 3/8" hose to the carb?
The only other thing I need to connect is the vacuum line, correct? The vac fitting on the carb is below the choke linkage on the passenger side. What do I connect that to exactly?
Finally, what hose is supposed to connect to the bottom of the charcoal canister? I just noticed that the fitting on the bottom of my canister is simply open.
Ive only had this thing for a bit over two weeks and it is my first carburated automobile so forgive my ignorance when it comes to this stuff, haha.
