i had a big piece of wood on a floor/trolley jack either side of my vitara, jacking the sills. i did this on both sides, and lifted the body evenly to prevent body studs from bending.

then, when i had enough room, i put 4 scissor jacks on the chassis rails to lift the body. 2 where the back tyres are, and the other two where the firewall is. i also kept the trolley jacks in place also.

watch for anything that might catch or pull out.

ther eit is it is almost done now just gotta tighten all the bolts and a few other small things

how big is the body lift your putting in? 2" or 3"?

i have a 3", and it took about half a day to put in.

is your kick a manual, or auto?

you can easily make your own.

IMHO, solid blocks are the only way to go, even though a lot of people use the budget box section type/method.
