Thanks to everyone at Trail Tough!
« on: July 16, 2008, 05:06:19 PM »
Just wanted to thank everyone at Trail Tough. My parents flew up from Tucson, Arizona to visit family up in Oregon. They stopped by Trail Tough on the way back to the airport to pick me up a couple shirts and hats. They said everyone there couldn't of been nicer....My dad got pics of the "Crustacean" and shop. Brent showed my parents the shop and some of their products. My parents were impressed with the shop, Brent, Linda and everyone else. It means a lot when a shop is that nice and helpful. It says a lot about the owners and employees. Thanks Again Trail Tough. I will definitely send my business to a class group like that. Mark Dahl

I regret not stopping by when I was in Oregon. I went by Hawk instead, and that was a mistake. Ever since Rick left the customer service has not been the same.

The first time I stopped by there I was treated the same exact way. Brent invited me to walk around and take a look at anything. Also talked to me for quite a while about wheeling and zuki stuff.
