Calmini Lift
« on: July 26, 2008, 06:14:11 AM »
I just purchased a 3in suspension lift from calmini, i guess i should have asked questions first? Anyone have any experience with this lift? I noticed it does not come with new U bolts. ??

It's stiffer than other spring lifts, and the springs will wear faster. Why would it come with U-Bolts - doesn't your truck come with some?

I'm pretty sure the Calmini Kit re-uses your u-bolts.

The manufacturer will know their product better than I will. So should the vendor if you got it through someone other than Calmini.

I think the kit uses the stock u bolts.   Lift kits with blocks instead of springs use longer ones.

Wow thanks for the help

I took my best guess, and directed you to the best place to get a better answer. Not sure the sarcasm and snotty attitude make me feel warm and fuzzy about being helpful again in the future.
