What type of tranny fluid for 96 manual tracker?

What is the recommended weight and type?  I was reading that there are different types like: GL4 and GL5?  Any thoughts?

Same stuff you use for your diffs. Supertech from Wal-mart works well.

yikesi read today that the recommended type is GL4 but I have had GL5 in for a year now! is that bad?? I want to drain and put in the right stuff do I need a special flush now? what shld I do?
