OK, here is my way of eliminating the Slip Yoke.
Get a flange from a diff on a tracker, I think the
ones from a Sammy will work too, but the bolt holes
are different.
Now the part you might not like, I haven't decided what
size bolt to use yet, but at least 5/16, 3/8 would be fine
too but you dont want to get too big or the output shaft
might be weakened.
Now you need to drill the output shaft the proper size
to tap out threads to match the bolt to hold the flange
on.
I was going to put the trans in gear and let the shaft
rotate to drill it out in the center, it could also be removed
and machined, which is the correct way to do it.
The center of the flange will need to have a thick washer
welded in the center to put the bolt through and keep the
flange on the output shaft.
Now all you need is to match the flange with a yoke and
get a driveshaft made with a slip spline in the center instead
of the slip yoke that came stock
