:DDoesn' t that company from Florida (Lightning) build a 4.3ltr swap for the Sami and the Kick?  I would go with the 4.3 injected for ease of fitment, it has a ton of torque, easy to find, and cheap. 
Yeah, but the Lightning kit is a steaming POS.
The only thing you might take away from looking at that kit is that the 4.3 is a tight but reasonable fit. A V-8 is going to be a serious challenge to shoehorn into a Samurai.
As far as installing a 4.3, you are going to want to avoid Lightning and work out your own solution.
