hello, i am just wondering when the budget lift write up is gonna be back on the net because i am trrying to do it but i need the instructions and such.

I think the site is up for the time being.
I'm upgrading our server to an entirely different platform and we've had some technical issues.

You may find it up and down over the next couple of weeks.
