Utah,,I don't know about the Calmini lift..The Crown Vic shocks do differ only in the size of the lower bolt hole.
It is a bit larger . I cut a piece of 1/"2" copper tubing the correct length and put that in as a spacer-bushing..
There was still a very small amount of slack but it bolts in nicely with the original shock bolt..
The trouble I had with the spacers was,,you can't get the spacers directly opposed from each other when still mounted.(i.e. 180 deg. from each other) so when you get the springs out, they have a bow on them that makes it nearly impossible to get back in..So you have to re-position one spacer to get the bow out, and still be in a place on the spring that doesn't interfere with some thing else when putting it back in..It all works out tho..This is probably a poor description but you'll see how it all works out once your in to it..Just close your eyes, count your prayer beads and jump in!!!
