Not to ahhhh..... take a negative outlook on this, as I would like to see it happen, but I don't think it will happen. I mean, you want it to be "cheap", but have all of those offroad features? Also, the fact that jeep is the only real rigid axle vehicle available to someone not rich and they are thinking of going to ifs, kind of tells you were the market is. If suzuki did come out with a predecessor to the samurai in the states, it would probably be more like a sidekick.

Signed it.  I'd like to have one, but I have my doubts that it can be sold at a reasonable price.  We represent a small market and I imagine that a significant portion of us can't justify the $25k+ that a new one would likely cost.  I would prefer a used one, and that doesn't mean anything to the manufacturer.

also, to get over the rollover issue, which is why it got killed, they should offer axles 10-12 inches wider and 6 inch fenderflares to cover the wheels

done,  hopefully they'll start listening w/ the auto climate the way it is.  I've signed these things before, talked extensively to the dealers wrote emails to Suzuki, etc. and nothing has come from it yet.

In order to keep it cheap you have to keep it simple! Think Scout 80, military Jeep, leave the fun part up to the owner like like putin all the trail goodies on as they see fit Suzuki could offer hundreds of goodies To rig em like you want. no two rigs are alike anyway. They of course have to keep the EPA bozo's happy so other than that issue keep em basic

Boog,
Kinda like a Harley , keep it basic knowing everyone is going to customize it anyhow. Also like a Harley in the way that no 2 are alike.
