Tow Bar Attach point

I have a Drawtite Tow Bar for my Sammy.  Is the front bumper strong enough to attach the tow brackets for towing.  The Sami is completely stock.

The Blue Ox Baseplate (#3501) sells for over $300. It's what I use. Attaches to the frame. If a less worthy baseplate were acceptable, that's what they would be selling. There are three on eBay right now. Other manufacturers can work as well, but I've got a Blue Ox tow bar. The bumper is made of "tin foil".
