The high-steer kit is easy. Just pull the bolts off of your brake calipers and your upper kingpin. Then put on the new steering arms, bolt everything back together. The only pain might be getting the old steering pieces to pop off.
I usually place a hammer on one side of the joint, then hit it with a hammer on the other. That usually get's the ball joint to pop right out.
It looks like you have the Sky Manufacturing lift, which is my favorite because of the spring pads. They should sit just perfectly on top of your old ones, lined up and everything. Just weld them in position and your good to go.

That cross bar replaces the top bar for your rear shocks, that should be bolt in.
The hoops are a bit more of a pain, you have to cut off your existing shock towers and put them in place. I'll let someone else take some pictures/explain where to mount them. I went with F-250 shock towers when I did my SPOA.
