Alrighty here... some more information digging for future projects ;D

Does the CV shaft have to line up with the A-arm to flex properly, or can the arms be at a greater angle than the shafts?

Also, what are some CV shafts that people are using besides the stock kick ones... I know Mike uses Maxima halfs and others use Explorer joints, but are there any others that are usable in the space allowed in the sidekick?

The shaft does not have to be in line, BUT
the greater the difference, the more the CV
shaft moves in and out of the Cup, so the best
or ideal location would be a pivot point in the same
x and z plane as the drive flange of the diff, this
would give the least amount of shaft movement
