Check engine Blowing code P0400

Hey guys I dont have my kick tracker books anymore My puter is blowing P0400.  If I recall it is EGR or something else.  Any pointers would be great.  Quick summary 97 Tracker,.2 door with 16v.  Thanks much Guys

EGR flow malfuction.
Probably the EGR passages are clogged or restricted somewhere.
