I know that Leonard's offroad and Vacuum technologies, both in Hillsboro could custom fab one for you.  Almost forgot, Keith Willlson has a tubing bender and does fab work. I think he moved to Oregon city from McMinnville.

The work I had was all part of a full build. They did a frame off,  full custom build for me... cost of the bumpers??? I could not tell ya for sure. Give them a call and let them know what you are looking for. O can tell yea that you wont be disappointed in what you get. You gotta love a company that you can give them an idea and a budget and they produce exactly what you re looking for  ;)

Liberty overland reworked my shocks and springs and it's top notch work. I'd recommend my mom to them.

Liberty Overland just got done putting a new engine in my girlfriends 99 Tracker.  (She hydrolocked it  >:()   At first I was told the engine would have around 40,000 miles on it and I thought sweet the car has about 90 thousand so that is a lot less.  Then Eric informed me he got an engine with less then 10 thousand miles on it  8).  It runs so smooth you can put a beer bottle on top of it while it is running and never spill a drop!

I too would recommend them to my mom!  Top notch work for sure!  If you leave your rig there you know it is going to be done right.  The first shop that worked on it screwed up for sure, I learned a lesson take it to Liberty Overland the first time and get it done right.

I got Trail Tough bumpers for my Tracker.  I know they're in Portland.  They also made my front one custom with 2" receiver instead of a winch mount.  Both front and rear bumpers showed up looking great...that's a simple bolt-on application too.  Built pretty good, it looks like...don't know if you're looking at something more custom than that though ???
God put me on earth to accomplish a certain number of things.  Right now I am so far behind, I will never die.
