am general geared hubs

Has anybody tried using am general geared hubs? then using the h1 drive shaft style cvs? u would get ridicilous ground clearance and an insane crawl ratio. the hubs have a 2 to 1 gear ratio ??? ??? ??? ??? >:D >:D >:D >:D

It would make for an interesting conversion.  Quite a change in wheel pattern and the rear axle might cause problems.

Portal axles would be awesome! I was thinking you could just take the geared hubs off the H1 with the cv axles also and somehow make them work in the track/kick. Also wondering if they would mount up to the rear solid axle? It seems straight forward enough, I just need to source some of those parts. It makes sense to me, any other thoughts, ideas?
