ok... its been bugging me to much and im stumped on the problem.
passanger wiper arm is limp and is unable to push wiper enough to make contact with windshield. drivers one snaps down onto windshield but passanger one is slow and very easily pulled away.
im wondering if it would be a problem with the spring mounted in the wiper arm, a bent mount, or what. dont know if its a problem with trackers and kicks?

wondering if i have to replace wiper arm (mines got some rust out towards the wiper blade mount) would one from a tracker bolt up. or is the spring easy enough to find at autoparts stores?
