Alright this thing is killing me hopefully somebody has an idea.

It's a Sammy with the twin cam GTi engine and there is a hesitation off idle and it also has difficulty starting in really cold weather.

I've checked the ignition wires, the airflow sensor and intake for air leaks. I've tried moving the airflow sensor further away from the throttle body like it would be in the Swift.

I wired in a diagnostic port and check engine light and it flashes 12 meaning No Problems.

Fuel pressure is good and the timing is correct. Plugs are new!

I found the condenser on the ignition coil is not hooked up but it never was hooked up and it didn't do this before. I also think that it's just for radio noise on electronic ignition.

Anybody have any idea what I should look at next?

make sure TPS is set correctly?

Start with checking  coolant temp sensor readings...........unhook the egr valve temporarily...

Thanks for the help guys. This morning I checked the TPS and it was out of adjustment by quite a bit. I set it to the parameters in the manual and it runs great! It really rips with that engine. I was totally impressed! Thanks again for the help.
