This is my 2002 xl7 on toy axles with 5.29s lockrites front and back toy leaves ,kicker4 from ott and toy transfer case 35 12.5 15 bfg km2s

Did you have to get a special coupler to accept the course spline of the later year tranny?

Yes the spline is actually the same spline as the toy transfer case just a different out side diameter for the seal had get ott to machine the proper adapter he didn't realize that it was not the same as the older trackers

hmmm... Toy, you say?  Interesting.  I would think the late course spline would be stronger, and more desirable than the early fine spline.

What's the stock diff ratio? How's she drive with the 35" tires (power, MPG?)? Do you have the 2.5 or 2.7L? Auto or stick?

I have not been on here in a while it has all kinds of power and goes down the road as smooth as factory
it originally had 512s and is the 2.7 with the 4spd auto I get about 300 kms to a tank so she is preety thirsti but I dont care she works awsome in the woods :D
