Its a long story, but my speedo makes a lot of noise.  I had a mechanic (who I now know is alleged to be on crack) "fix" it.  The noise went away, but the water temp gage went out.  
Took it back.  He said yup, its out. :-/

I said put it back together and I will take care of it.  Got it back, and then the tach was out.  
I had my regular mechanic fix that, but said I needed to track down a temp gage.  Since then it hit 100,000 miles and the check engine light came on.  And now the speedo is noisy again.  
My speedo is a 6 digit.  Those seem hard to find.  I found a wrecking yard with some track/kicks, and found a 6 digit cluster, but is on a 93 Tracker LSI.  The guy at the wrecking yard said the clusters made 94 and 95 were diffrent than the other years.  Is that true?  Anyone else with these kind of issues?

Well thats just normal. It comes on at 100k to let you know it's time for the 100k mile service.
There is a switch just right of the dash (left of steering wheel) speaker to flick it off.
acces it through the opanel below the steering colum. it's a PITA but that fix that problem.
The rest of your problems.

Depending on what size you want full size bronco and later model fords and dodge 1/2 tons all have the same bolt pattern 5on 5.5. I have my stock rims and tire of my sidekick sport. It has the nicest alloys rims they offerd stock and i belive there a 16x8 with brand new 235-65-16 tires less then 400 miles on them. i'll let them go for 400 with caps and lugs.   But make sure if it comes off a dodge to get big bore cause the newer dodges use a hub centric bore and will not fit over you hubs.

HERE IS AN UPDATE!

The 93 tracker cluster I got does not work!  Nothing will interchange.  I need to find a water temp gage for a 94-95 kick or tracker.  He checked my speedo head, thought is was good.  He lubed it and the cable.  I squeeked for a few miles, then quit, but then the needle quivered a little.  I will check Hawk.

Thanks for the info, and the offer.  I am looking to get some more ground clearence like 235-75-15's.  I am keeping my eye out for some used tires and wheels for off road use only.

I can't seem to find the switch.  Looked all over.  My Mechanic suggested I go to autozone to check the code to make sure. He does not have the equipment to check it.
I guess I could be getto and tack a after market water temp gage somewhere. Wal-mart has them cheep(to be confused with Jeep)he he

On your 95, the "equipment" is a paper clip.  Keep it in the glove box.

Even the Haynes manual shows you how to use the paper clip, to read out your "check engine" codes, but you will just get "12's" - No error.

The switch is behind the dash, usually near the left speaker (by your knee).  I'ts a little black slide switch, with no markings.  You should be able to reach it by popping the trim panel under the steering wheel column.

Thanks Bob, I finally found the little bugger.  Do I leave it off?? I have Chiltons on cd, but it did not give a list of what the codes mean. I did not try to get the the code since I found the switch. 
Now for the good news/bad news. 
The speedo quit squeeking.  ;D  But now the speedo reads too fast.  :'(  And I don't know how fast.  It said 85 on the freeway, and I was kind of with the traffic. But the limit is only 75 for about a mile, then 65, then 55 in about another mile,so I really can't gage it. I will check out wild's calculator thing to see if I can figure the speed by rpm. I had to get the cluster apart to get the number off of it for Hawk.  They will call back tomarrow. 

Oops, I dont know my tcase ratio and trans ratio. both are stock. 5spd 16v. axels  I think are 5.38?

Ok, So here is an update.  Hawk never called me back.  Buts thats ok, cause we had to make a trip to Denver, and I found one for a 3rd of Hawk's.  The water temp works fine.  The speedo works.  BUT IT STILL MAKES NOISE!  So I unhooked the speedo cable from the cluster.  Drove it down the road.... Noise still there! I have ordered a cable from advanced auto.  One other problem.  The "new" odometer has 45,000 more miles on it! >:(  Any suggestions?  How hard is the speedo cable to change?

1) Speedo calbe is not hard to change you can do it
2) Keep your old cluster and make a note of when you changed it and why...that way when you go to sell it you can prove you mileage and if anyone ever questions, you're covered.

It's not an on/off switch - think of it as an a/b switch.  When it comes on (because you just passed one of the "magic" mile-marks, like 120,000), you move it to the opposite position.  When you hit the next "magic" mile mark, you slide it to the opposite position again (in this case, back to where it was before you changed it the last time).

Also - your tcase is 1:1 high, 1.8:1 low.  Your diffs are 5.125:1.  First gear is something like 3.62:1

So 4-low 1st is the product of all of these.

3.62 X 1.8 X 5.125 = 33.4:1 overall ratio.

My tcase is 4.24:1, and my diffs are 5.83:1 so my 4-lo first would be:

3.62 X 4.24 X 5.83 = 89.5:1 or about 3 times lower that yours.

Well the wreckingyard took the old one, but I might get it back.  I figured the old one was bad because of the noise, and it somtimes pegging at 90mph when I was only boing about 75.  Could a bad cable do that?  It doesnt seem like it would.  Change of cable will have to be done after I recover from surgery.  I may not be on here for a day or 2.

I kinda figured that out.  It came on again when I drove with the speedo unhooked.
I drove it awhile with a piece of paper having the 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears in columns and rpms in rows with the corrisponding mph written in.  I used the wildgoody calculator to make it up.  I also checked it while folowing my wife home one day.  It was very accurate.  Then with the new speedo I checked it with my calculations.  I suspected the cluster may have been for a automatic. It is dead on!

     I'm sure even if you can't get it back as long as you document it and be up front you will not have a problem...be nice if you culd get the old one back though...spare parts!
