Different makers makes different wheels. My Pontiac Sunrunner has different wheels (I have a set of Suzuki wheels and another set of the original Pontiac/Geo wheels). They are not like that. Yours looks original tho, I believe I saw some Trackers with the same wheels around.

I think they are 5.5" wide tho.

Stock Sidekick/Tracker wheels are 15" x 5.5", 4.25" backspacing.
Stock Samurai/SJ rims are 15" x 5.5", 3.75" backspacing.

Both have a bolt pattern of 5 x 5.5"(139mm)

I am installing and will be soon running the Calmini 3" suspension lift and 30" goodyear mt/r's on 15x7 wheels.  I have not yet measured my 15x7's backspacing, what spacing should I need for this application?

3.5" / 3.75" is about the normal for a 15" x 7". Less backspacing will result in more strain on the wheel bearings & cause them to wear prematurely.

Sounds good, I measured and I think they are either 3.75 or 4, not 100% sure yet.  I don't want huge offset anyways cause it's a street rig and trail rig, and for the street I don't want flares/mudflaps if I don't have to
