What would better be to you? There's never been a side by side "dyno shoot out" of the major header manufacturers so direct comparisons are difficult at best.  I would suggest is that you take a moment and call up the respective dealers of the headers and let them tell you about their product, then decide. There are four different headers choices. Calmini, Thorley, Hawk, and Headman?.

Guys... it's Headman, right? The 4 into 1 header that JC Whitney sells.

Good Luck, Eric

Doesn't Calmini just regurgitate someone else's header with their nameplate on it.  Headman, if I'm not mistaken.  Could be wrong though.

On a side note, I've been told that a Thorley is emissions safe.  But who's puttin' their Zuk on a sniffer.  Not me! ;D

Speakin of regurgitation, :) Have you seen the two headers? Headman's are a 4:1 design while Calmini is Try-Y... Definitely different... Seems to be a lot of questions about headers lately. Here's a quick run down/ pictures of the headers available:

Are these Samurai headers? Will Samurai headers fit 1.6L 8v kick engines?

Our install article on the Hawk Header
http://www.zukiworld.com/month_110103/feature_hawkheader.htm Was on the 1.6 8-valve project Tricker Kicker. See picture:

I know that the Calmini and Hawk headers will work on a Sidekick. I don't know for sure about the other three..

Man, I like the way that the Pace Setter header is shaped as far as building my own exhaust for it goes... then again, all the headers go down to about floorboard level, don't they?

I know nothing about the other headers. But I have ran a Calmini Header for many years with no problems with it. I have been very impressed with it (performance and durability)

That's just an Autozone generic air filter clamped on to the stock intake. It actual does not work very well like that. First problem, excess filter oil on the element drips onto header and makes fire! Second, water splashes right up and into this filter stalling the engine.

To do it over, I would extend a hose out to the inner fender well and put the filter into a mostly enclosed box. OR just put a good element in the stock air box.

Those air filters are meant to be oiled just so you know.....As for headers I have the pacesetter on one zook and calmini on the other. I like the calmini much better. And I thought whitney only sold the pacesetter cause thats where I got mine.
